For lovers of houses with vintage essence! This flat is located on the first floor of the building. It keeps the original terrazzo floor from the late 70’s as well as other original elements from its construction. It has one bedroom with 2 beds of 90X200, by default we have it as one large bed (180X200), but you would have the option that it can be divided in two (90X200) in case it is necessary.

There is an additional bedroom with a medium bed (105X200) ideally for 1 person, but could sleep 2. This room consists of a coat rack, chest of drawers, bedside table and a work space.
I have an extra mattress 70X160 to add in one of the rooms in case it is needed for a child.
All beds have clean sheets and duvets. We use a professional laundry service on all our linen and towels.

The kitchen is also vintage in style, and is fully equipped. It has a capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven, gas cooker with gas bottle holder, and fridge with freezer. There is no better way to start the day than with a good view, while enjoying a coffee and a good breakfast.
You will find coffee capsules, sugar and tea bags at your disposal.

The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin, toilet and washer dryer. It is fully equipped with fresh towels for all guests. There is a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper and everything you need for your well-being and hygiene.
The shampoo and body wash it is a vegan formula and it has a wonderful aroma and does not use silicones or parabens. 

The flat has a dining area for 4-6 people, with a small record player, it is a space where you can relax and share very pleasant moments.

The living room has a 43-inch TV, a 3-seater sofa and an armchair to enjoy a good book.

The whole flat is decorated with Boho and Pop aesthetics. Mixing recycled and new furniture, in some areas, leaving the original tiles from its first construction visible, giving it an eclectic look.

We love plants and there are lots of them all over the place! if you spend long periods, make sure you give them all the love and care!

The common areas of the building are: the large terrace, stairs and the laundry area. Washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge if necessary! But remember you are on holiday!

On the terrace you can enjoy an unbeatable view of the harbour, have a glass of wine while watching the sun go down. It has coloured lights, 2 large tables and sunbeds. If the weather is nice, it’s worth dining outside!

In our flats the cleanliness and safety of our guests is very important.

We carry out a cleaning of all rooms and common areas, as well as a 60-minute ozonisation.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are washed by industrial laundry and keys are desinfected.
