Self Checkin
At House of Whales we find it interesting that you can do Self Check-in for your convenience and security. In the COVID-19 era, you won't have to see us if you don't want to, but we will be at your disposal for anything you need at any time of the day, you can contact us by phone, WhatsApp and e-mail.
Large Terrace
There is a large terrace treated as a common area, and you will share it with other guests of House of Whales.
Kitchenware
All the flats have a kitchen with everything you need: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, etc. You also have kitchenware, hairdryer and iron at your disposal.
Laundry Area
The laundry area is located in the attic of the building, it has 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, ironing board, clothesline, clothes pegs.
Outdoor Activities
We also have board games in our entertainment section, hammocks, tables and chairs for outside, kitchenware, cushions, tablecloths, etc.
Welcome Gift
The guest will get a welcome gift on their arrival, We try to make you feel as comfortable as possible, since your experience in our flats are the most important for us.
Home Gym Equipment
Fitness is healthy and fun! On the attic you can find some equipment as weights, bands, yoga mat and exercise cards, with some body weight exercises.
OUR STANDARDS
Non-permanent reception
Self-access to the flats by means of a code to collect the keys. Check in will be from 16:00 hours, while check out will be at 12:00 hours.
Opening hours
Check in from 16 h. and check out until 12 h. Minimum stay: 3 nights
High & Low Season
We are open only on high season: from May to September.
Care of the Facilities
Respect the furniture, do not drag furniture, as well as take care of the inventory.
Rules of the Stay
Clients are responsible for the care of the flat during their stay. At the end of their stay any damage will be paid for by the client. Smoking is forbidden inside the flat and common areas. Loud music and noises are also forbidden after 11 pm. Use of the terrace, we suggest that minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
Noise
During the night there must be silence, as well as during the day other guests must be respected. Washing machines and dryers may not be put on during night time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes to bookings due to weather conditions are not permitted. Cancellations for this reason will be governed by our cancellation policy described on airbnb/booking reservation rules.
