I am renting our flat near the sea. The flat is fully equipped and very well located in the centre of the village.
If you want to relax and have a good time enjoying the beach, practising some sports, hiking, biking, walking, or just enjoying a good meal this is your place. The flat has 62 m2, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a dining room and a living room, complete kitchen and a big terrace with a really nice views to the harbour

From my apartment, you get direct access to the beach just walking 1 min and stunning sea views from the living rooms, the bedroom and the big terrace. I give total independence to my guests. By means of a key box located outside the apartment they can access the apartment without contact if they wish. This does not mean that I am not available. For any questions or needs you can contact me by the platform. I also like welcoming people if I can!
The building has 3 flats and a ground floor flat where another guests and neighbourns share common spaces and live together
So the house rules and basic behavior practises are mandatory in order to have a good vibes building 🙂

► APARTAMENTO CALMA

The interior calls to relaxation. Although the apartment is very nice, the views of the ocean and harbour catch all the attention.

The apartment has two double bedrooms; a bathroom, a dining area, a living room and a kitchen. On the kitchen table you can find a little welcome gift!
The living room has a 32″ TV where you can enjoy a good movie, sitting on the confortable 3-seater sofa. Also has a really nice view , you can have your coffee there while you enjoy the ocean!

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a Dolce gusto coffee machine, a filter cofee machine, microwave, toaster, electric oven, fridge with freezer and gas kitchen. And since there is no better way to watch the sea in the morning than with a coffee and a good breakfast, you will find coffee capsules, sugar and tea bags at your disposal.

The main double bedroom has a medium size bed (140X200) with a large wardrobe where there is plenty of space to store your clothes and suitcases.

The second bedroom has amazing views, a medium size bed (140X200) with a medium wardrobe, bedside tabLes and amazing midcentury modern style sunburnst mirror.
All beds have clean sheets and duvets. We use a professional laundry service on all our linen and towels.

The dining area has a Tulip sarineem style table where you can have lunch, dinner or just enjoy a nice aperitivo! Has plenty of storage for extra plates, magazines and all the esentials to dress up a nice table for 4! Also has a rocking eames style chair to read a nice book if you wish.

The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin and toilet. It is fully equipped with fresh towels for all guests. You will find a hairdryer, hand soap, toilet paper and everything you need for your well-being and hygiene.
The shampoo and body wash it is a vegan formula and it has a wonderful aroma and does not use silicones or parabens. 

The common areas of the building are: the large terrace, stairs and the laundry area. Washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge if necessary! But remember you are on holiday!
On the terrace you can enjoy an unbeatable view of the harbour, have a glass of wine while watching the sun go down.
